Oh yeah - and we got some sunshine in Tucson. The meeting was a success and I can move on to being past-chair (relaaaaax) instead of Chair (eeeek!) of these meetings. I ate Carne Seca (dried beef, apparently) several times and loved it. On Friday night, we were able to observe how it is dried:
